Who is Heather?
A random voice in an ever-expanding cacophony of internet voices, my journey into the world of technology began in the mid-90s when I found myself updating my Mom’s computer from Windows 3.1 to Windows 95. As I installed the new operating system, I realized that I was actually enjoying the process and thought to myself, “Hey, this is kind of fun!” It was a small moment, but it set me on a path that would shape the rest of my life.
After installing Windows 95, I found an AOL CD lying around the house and decided to give the internet a try. From that point on, it was love at first byte. Okay, that may be a bit of an exaggeration, but it certainly sparked a passion that has continued to burn bright to this day.

No Really. That didn’t really answer the question.
I have about 24 years of expertise in the software and web development fields, and I have devoted my whole professional life to honing my abilities and expanding my knowledge. I have recently concentrated on leadership, mentoring, teaching, and IT consulting. I have had the chance to work with numerous organizations and on a number of projects throughout my varied career.
Building websites for small businesses, teaching college students about database systems, project management, and customer/client services, overseeing the full software development process, and working with teams to produce SAAS are a few of my major roles. I’ve also given many clients technical consultancy services. I am able to contribute insightful perspectives and solutions to any project because of my extensive experience and knowledge.
Nothing makes me happier than being with those who are discovering or learning new things. I enjoy utilizing my skills and knowledge to assist people in resolving issues and overcoming obstacles. I naturally gravitate toward building and sustaining teams, whether by giving them guidance or helping them get through challenging moments. Nothing compares to the satisfaction of seeing others advance and flourish.
About My Name
Yes, my last name was Maga, and I have always been proud of it as a family name. However, I am currently in the process of changing my last name to Mojelski, another family name, for professional reasons. While “Maga” has no political connotations in my life, it often led to misunderstandings—like the time I had to change my Twitter handle to @heatherinatizzy after gaining followers who assumed something completely different!
I hope this clears up any confusion. Thank you for your understanding as I make this change.
ADHD
I was diagnosed late in life with ADHD. You may find some writings about ADHD in my blog from time to time. Just keep in mind I am by no means an expert. And I cannot speak for everyone with ADHD. Everyone is different. Different things work for different people. People don’t fall into a box and stay there.
Some Older Personal Writings
I have recently started self-publishing on Amazon.
